Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and selected international destinations.

Estimated delivery times:

• United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
• Europe: 5–10 business days
• United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand: 7–14 business days
• Other international destinations: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and order value.

Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders where stated at checkout.
